Graduate Commercial Valuation Surveyor – West End Property Consultancy
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for commercial property? Ready to kick-start your career in valuation with a well-established and respected West End consultancy? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Graduate Surveyor to join our Commercial Valuation team.
About the Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded property consultancy offering full APC training and support. You'll work closely with senior surveyors and partners, assisting on a wide range of loan security and portfolio valuations across multiple asset classes for a long-standing client base.
From day one, you’ll be involved in site inspections, valuation reporting, and providing clients with strategic, value-add advice. You’ll gain hands-on experience while developing the core competencies needed to become a qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
