We’re working with a highly regarded boutique project management consultancy specialising in super-prime and high-end residential projects across London. Known for their personal, hands‑on approach and exceptionally high standards, the business works closely with HNW and UHNW clients on schemes ranging from high-quality fit-outs to complex refurbishments, typically between £50k and £15m.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of key residential schemes and act as a trusted client‑facing lead.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of luxury residential projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure programmes, costs, and quality are tightly controlled. This is a highly visible role, offering genuine autonomy and responsibility within a close‑knit, professional team.

- Circa 7 years’ experience delivering high‑end residential projects in London
