The business has rapidly established one of the strongest brands in this highly competitive space driven by the calibre of individuals leading it. Well‑capitalised, ambitious and strategically agile, they continue to acquire both opportunistic sites and built assets nationwide.
They now seek an in‑house Property Asset Manager (Newly Qualified to Senior Surveyor level) to report into an Asset Manager and take responsibility for the management of a rapidly expanding portfolio. This is a brand‑new role, offering the chance to shape and build your own remit as the business scales. You’ll work closely with Asset, Portfolio, Leasing, Development, Finance, Sustainability and FM teams supporting on all aspects of Property & Asset Management while developing your own exposure to client‑side asset management strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of income‑producing and development assets across the UK.
- Rent collection, service charge and budget management.
- Tenant relationship management understanding occupier needs and driving proactive engagement.
- Supporting the Asset Manager on lettings, lease events and value‑add initiatives.
- Supporting onboarding of new acquisitions and developments.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified (or close to qualification) with commercial Property Management experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial client‑side environment.
