Join a growing specialist consultancy where you'll work directly with developers, landowners and investors on projects ranging from prime Central London developments to large-scale regeneration schemes. This is an opportunity to work on everything from luxury residential schemes in Central London to major regeneration projects of more than 1,200 homes, with genuine client exposure from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Development appraisals and financial viability assessments.
- Advising on planning viability and Section 106 negotiations.
- Affordable housing and land disposal instructions.
- Land acquisitions and disposals.
- Residual land valuations and market analysis.
- Working alongside developers, planners, architects, solicitors and local authorities.
- Building client relationships and supporting new business opportunities.
What they're looking for:
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
- Background in development consultancy, valuation, land agency, planning or residential development.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership of projects and building strong client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
- Someone who enjoys client-facing work and wants to take ownership of projects.
