Commercial Property Manager – Client Side
Central London | Hybrid (3 days office/site, 2 days WFH)
12 month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
£50,000–£60,000 + 10% employer pension + Private Healthcare

Madison Berkeley are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a well-established real estate investment and asset management company with a diverse commercial portfolio across London.
They are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Property Manager who can hit the ground running and take immediate ownership of a service charge-led, mixed-use portfolio in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team managing a vibrant estate filled with character and variety – including industrial estates, retail units, leisure & office.
The Role
Take full responsibility for a portfolio of commercial service charge estates, including a flagship 45-unit industrial site
- Draft and manage annual service charge budgets and coordinate planned works
- Liaise directly with tenants, handling breaches, dilapidations, unauthorised occupiers, and Licence to Alter requests
- Be proactive and pragmatic in dealing with squatters and planning issues
- Support and mentor a junior team member, and step in to cover recent team turnover
- Communicate clearly and confidently – both over email and in team or stakeholder meetings
- Work closely with asset managers, credit control, and health & safety teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in commercial property management, ideally with service charge experience
- Capable of working autonomously and taking full ownership of a portfolio
- Confident dealing with complex occupier issues (e.g. squatters, breaches, arrears)
- Organised, responsive, and comfortable juggling priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and someone who works well in a tight-knit team environment
What’s on offer
