This is a fantastic opportunity for a central London office agent to make their first clientside move! Our client is seeking a Commercial Director to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market presence. The role requires a strong network and industry relationships in the central London office market and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that maximise the value of their assets.

As Commercial Director you will lead on all the commercial aspects related to property acquisition, lease negotiations and space optimisation. You should have a strong focus on leasing transactions, and/or tenant representation, with experience in Central London markets highly desirable. This would suit an office agent at Associate Partner/Director level contemplating a first clientside move. Excellent salary is on offer.
