Madison Berkeley has been appointed by a prominent UK and European real estate investment and asset management firm seeking to strengthen its in-house commercial property management team. This well established and successful REIT focuses on delivering sustainable, modern workspaces that meet the evolving demands of today’s occupiers. Their mission is simple: to create environments that support businesses of all sizes to grow, thrive, and foster a strong sense of community and high performance.
You will work closely with an established in-house team of asset managers, facilities professionals, and accountants to deliver efficient management across a portfolio of multi-let and FRI commercial assets throughout London and the South East. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial office buildings, working alongside asset managers while taking full ownership of day-to-day operations.
