Job Description Brand New Exclusive Job Opportunity Client Side UK & European Asset Management Company Job Tile: Commercial Property Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MRICS Property Manager to join a leading organisation managing a diverse and dynamic commercial portfolio across the UK and Germany. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will support the asset managers proactively managing a segment of the portfolio, whilst having oversight of the 3rd party property management companies. This unique business holds ambitious growth plans and have recently launched a new fund which will build upon the £6bn currently under management globally. The UK portfolio is valued at c.£1bn comprised of large lot sizes, mostly commercial offices and retail however there is a scattering of industrial and alternatives. This will initially be a stand along property management role however the plan is for the role to evolve and progress into a Head of Property Management managing a team of in-house PM’s. The Property Manager will oversee approximately 8 in-house assets, you’ll also be acting as the main point of contact for third-party property managers who are responsible for the remainder of the portfolio.
