Client Side Building Surveyor Opportunity
I’m working with a FTSE 250 REIT with a high-quality London commercial portfolio, looking to appoint a client-side Building Surveyor into a genuinely influential role. You’ll sit close to asset management and acquisitions, with real ownership across technical due diligence, refurbishments, and the long-term performance of the portfolio.
Main Duties include (but not limited to):
- Manage a mix of Building Surveying services (e.g. Building Fabric repairs, Licenses to Alter) and projects delivery including overseeing technical due diligence, condition surveys as well as internal refurbishments.
- Lead property acquisitions, dilapidations claims and procurement of design teams for larger projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from design to implementation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and budget requirements.
The Candidate:
- A Chartered Building Surveyor with circa 2 years PQE within commercial properties.
- Experienced delivering methodical and sound Building Surveying advice to internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards including health and safety requirements.
