BLCK CAP is a London-based corporate finance and investment firm specialising in real estate debt and structured finance, while operating an active Bitcoin treasury strategy. BLCK CAP publishes macro research papers highlighting its sector expertise and developing its brand.
Location: 14 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London.
Advisory Business: BLCK CAP advises real estate sponsors, lenders, family offices, and institutional investors on financings and arranges equity and debt for property transactions.
Investment Business: BLCK CAP selectively makes and arranges principal investments in real estate and credit opportunities that outperform its internal Bitcoin return benchmark (30β40% IRR).
Clients: Pan-European real estate investors with experience covering Hospitality, Industrial, Living, and Office sectors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce concise, investor-ready materials.
- High integrity and self-motivation: able to operate independently in a lean, entrepreneurial team.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excel: Able to build an Excel financial model including: Sources & Uses; Unlevered Cashflows of a Business and/or Real Estate Asset; Debt Schedules and Debt CFs; Waterfalls, Levered Returns; Valuation Calculations (Yield Capitalisation & DCF); and Sensitivity Analysis.
- PowerPoint: Understands the importance of formatting (no double spaces, object alignment, colour uses and alignment for comparisons), and the importance of taking the reader through a story.
