A well-established and highly respected West End commercial property consultancy is seeking a Senior Surveyor / Associate to join its Valuation team.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial assets across London and the South East, advising a diverse client base including established lending institutions, private investors, developers and property companies.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing instructions from initial engagement and fee proposal through to the preparation and delivery of RICS Red Book-compliant valuation reports. The position provides the opportunity to work within a collaborative and technically strong team, with genuine scope for increased responsibility and client exposure.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded valuer looking to further develop their career within a respected, client-focused consultancy environment.
