Madison Berkeley has been instructed on a Senior Surveyor opportunity with one of the UK's leading commercial property management platforms. Working within a highly regarded institutional team, the successful candidate will support the management of a portfolio of prime office and industrial assets across London and the Southeast on behalf of major fund and institutional investor clients. This role offers significantly broader exposure than a traditional property management position, combining day to day portfolio management responsibilities with involvement in strategic asset initiatives, client reporting and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of a portfolio of office and industrial assets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with occupiers, clients and contractors
- Service charge management, budgeting and financial oversight
- Supporting client reporting and portfolio performance analysis
- Working alongside asset managers to drive asset performance and value creation
- Assisting with lease events and wider landlord and tenant matters
- Managing external consultants and service partners

Requirements
- Experience within commercial property management
