Reporting into the senior leadership team, this is a broad and pivotal role with responsibility for the operational and strategic management of a diverse property portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues, consultants and occupiers to deliver best-in-class asset management, protect asset value and support the continued evolution of the estate.
We are seeking an accomplished property professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent commercial judgement and relationship management skills. You will possess:
- MRICS qualification with circa 3-8 years' post-qualified experience.
- Proven experience managing complex commercial or mixed-use property portfolios.
- A strong understanding of both property management and asset management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work effectively with occupiers, advisers, contractors and senior executives.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
