A unique opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading flexible workspace and office operators, managing a portfolio of premium London office assets. This is far from a traditional property management role. Sitting between Property Management and Asset Management, you will have the opportunity to influence how buildings perform commercially, enhance occupier experience and work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise the value of an impressive Central London portfolio.

The business has redefined what the modern workplace looks like, creating beautifully designed, hospitality led workspaces where businesses can thrive. Backed by major institutional investment, they continue to grow while investing heavily in technology, sustainability and innovation. If you are looking for a role where you can move beyond day-to-day property management and gain genuine commercial asset management exposure, this is an excellent platform.

The Role

Working across a portfolio of predominantly London office assets, you will be responsible for ensuring properties operate efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve performance and enhance value. You will work closely with operational teams, finance, leasing and senior leadership, giving you broad exposure across the business and a genuine opportunity to develop your asset management skills.

  • Managing a portfolio of high quality commercial office assets.
  • Building strong relationships with occupiers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting asset performance and identifying opportunities to improve income and value.
  • Overseeing service charge, budgets and operational performance.
  • Working alongside leasing and finance teams on business planning.
  • Supporting landlord and tenant matters and lease events.
  • Driving excellent customer experience across the portfolio.
  • Contributing to ongoing operational improvements and business initiatives.

About You

You will ideally have experience managing London offices, with a genuine interest in developing your asset management expertise. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes care of their portfolio and wants to be part of a forward-thinking business.

You will likely have:

  • Commercial Property Management experience.
  • Exposure to landlord & tenant matters and service charges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach.
  • MRICS qualification is welcomed but not essential.

Why Join?

This is a business genuinely investing in the future of both its people and the workplace. Alongside managing some of London's most desirable office space, you will be joining an organisation embracing technology and innovation. From a business-wide AI roadmap to dedicated weekly learning sessions and investment in AI tools and automation, you will be encouraged to develop new skills and help shape smarter ways of working.

You will also benefit from:

  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home).
  • Annual bonus of around 10%.
  • Genuine blend of Property and Asset Management responsibilities.
  • Exposure to a high quality Central London office portfolio.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with clear opportunities for progression.
  • A business at the forefront of the evolving workplace sector.

If you are looking to take the next step from traditional property management into a more commercially focused role within one of the UK's most innovative real estate businesses, we would love to hear from you.
