As Asset Manager, you will take ownership of a significant regional portfolio, driving performance and identifying opportunities to enhance value across a varied mix of commercial properties. Working within a collaborative and ambitious team and principal investor, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering asset strategies that support long term growth, customer satisfaction, and portfolio performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing asset management strategies across a regional portfolio.
- Identifying and executing value enhancing initiatives, including lease regears, renewals, surrenders, lettings, development, refurbishments, repositioning and other asset management transactions.
- Building strong relationships with occupiers to support retention, growth, and an outstanding customer experience.
- Using data, AI Tech and market insights to monitor asset performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams across leasing, property management, finance, and investment to deliver business objectives.
- Representing the business with external stakeholders and contributing to wider portfolio initiatives.
- Asset & Portfolio reporting to the principal investor, gaining career defining exposure to a global brand.
The successful candidate will have commercial property asset management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, solutions focused approach. Knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant matters is essential, while MRICS qualification would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite. Candidates with current client side experience will be prioritised.
