Madison Berkeley are working exclusively on a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded, entrepreneurial commercial property advisory and investment platform as they launch their in-house Property Management division. This is not a replaceable corporate role. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful.
Our client has built an outstanding reputation across investment, asset management, occupier advisory and landlord consultancy, with an impressive track record delivering transactions and managing assets across the UK commercial property market. They are now seeking an experienced Director level professional to create and lead a new service line from the ground up.
Through long standing client relationships across their existing service lines, the business already has a strong pipeline of opportunities to secure high quality management mandates. They now require the right individual to capitalise on that demand and build a best in class platform.
