Global REIT with a rapidly expanding portfolio of Operational Living assets across the UK are looking to expand their newly formed Asset Management team. Although a REIT, the culture is more akin to a fast-paced REPE environment, and they have a top-tier team already in place. Team members are encouraged to think like owners, challenge convention and innovate. The UK business has grown rapidly through several major portfolio acquisitions with a strong investment pipeline for 2026.
The dedicated Asset Management team will take ownership of performance, strategy and value creation across the portfolio, working closely with their operating partners to drive value across the portfolio. This is a rare chance to join a rapidly expanding platform and team at a fairly early stage in their growth cycle in the UK, and help shape the function’s structure, processes and strategic approach.
Roles are available at Associate, Senior Associate or Senior Analyst level, and can be tailored around candidate strengths (regional focus, operator oversight, capex-led roles or data/analytics-led responsibilities).
