We are working on a key hire within one of London’s most high profile and successful regeneration projects. Over the past 20 years, this estate has been transformed from an underutilised industrial site into a fully integrated mixed use destination, combining offices, retail, leisure, public realm, education and residential. It is widely regarded as one of the benchmark estates in Central London.
This role sits within an established, high performing property management team, responsible for managing prime commercial assets across the estate.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a section of a flagship Central London portfolio, delivering best in class property management while contributing to the wider performance of the estate. This is not purely reactive property management. The position requires a commercially minded surveyor who can engage with occupiers, support asset performance and operate within a highly visible, best in class environment.
