We are working with one of London’s most highly regarded developers to appoint an Assistant Development Manager into their growing residential development team. This role will sit within a highly experienced development management function delivering large-scale residential-led schemes across London, with a particular focus on complex urban delivery and stakeholder management. The position offers exposure across the full development lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and planning through to construction delivery, leasing and operational handover.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience within development management, project management or client-side consultancy
- Strong residential exposure is essential, ideally across BTR, PBSA, mixed-use or large-scale urban regeneration
- Comfortable operating within complex stakeholder environments
- Delivery-focused with strong organisational and communication skills
- Exposure to construction and live project delivery
- Commercially aware with an understanding of development processes and risk management
- Degree qualified within Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline
