A rapidly expanding, well‑capitalised real estate investment platform is building out its UK Asset / Portfolio Management function and is seeking ambitious individuals across Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate and Senior Associate levels.

The team partners closely with best‑in‑class operators to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and unlock value across their assets.
Opportunity
You will join a newly established and fast‑growing Asset Management team, working directly with senior leadership and operating partners. Each team member takes ownership of a defined portion of the portfolio, playing a key role in shaping and executing asset‑level and portfolio‑wide strategies.
This is a highly hands‑on role suited to individuals who want to move beyond traditional asset management and take real responsibility for driving performance and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with operating partners to develop and execute business plans for assets
- Analyse operational and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Review monthly reporting and proactively intervene to improve performance where required
- Contribute to pricing, sales, and marketing strategies to optimise revenue
- Support value creation initiatives, including cost optimisation and revenue enhancement
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives
- Deliver asset management initiatives that drive tangible improvements across the portfolio
Candidate Profile
- Strong financial and analytical skillset, including advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience within operational real estate (e.g. Living sectors such as Hotels, Healthcare, PBSA, BTR) and proven ability to work with or alongside operating partners
- Commercial mindset with a focus on value creation and performance improvement
- Highly proactive, intellectually curious, and solutions‑oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Collaborative approach, with high emotional intelligence as well as technical ability
