The Role

Reporting into an Asset Management Director, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role with responsibility for a varied portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing asset-level business plans, driving value through leasing strategies, active management and identifying asset enhancement opportunities. The role offers exposure to both stabilised assets and more complex, value-add situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of asset business plans
  • Driving leasing activity and managing external agents to reduce vacancy
  • Identifying and delivering value-add initiatives (refurbishment, repositioning, income enhancement)
  • Oversight of property managers and professional advisors
  • Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and wider lease events
  • Budgeting, reporting and performance analysis across the portfolio
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives in line with fund strategy

Requirements

  • Proven asset management experience within UK real estate
  • Expertise within UK Industrial and / or Office properties
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of property fundamentals
  • Experience managing agents, advisors and leasing teams
  • Financially and analytically strong, with solid reporting capability
