Base pay range
Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with a relatively new BTR developer and operator. They are currently rolling out a portfolio of BtR assets across the UK, funded by a number of family offices and JV partners. They currently have a portfolio of 600 units (all operational) and are expanding its portfolio to over 5,000 units over the next 3-5 years. They are looking for a Senior/Asset Manager to join the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a sector that has real growth. They are looking for an experienced asset manager with extensive knowledge within the living sector, particularly the BtR market.
Some of the Responsibilities include:
- Asset Lifecycle Management : Oversee assets from acquisition to operational stages, ensuring maximum performance at every phase.
- Strategic Operations and Execution : Formulate and implement operational strategies to manage properties effectively, focusing on both efficiency and profitability. Supervise third-party property managers to ensure compliance with standards and achievement of key objectives.
- Customer Experience Oversight : Manage the complete customer experience, from initial interaction to ongoing retention, with the goal of enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting : Continuously track asset performance against financial goals and operational benchmarks. Provide comprehensive reports and strategic insights to institutional investors, ensuring transparency and building trust.
- Revenue Growth and Optimization : Seek out opportunities to boost revenue and profitability by innovating asset monetization strategies and improving cost management.
