Restructuring & Recovery Surveyor | London | 0–3 years PQE
Madison Berkeley is excited to be working exclusively with an established real estate advisory firm looking for an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join its London restructuring and recovery team.
You’ll work across a range of property sectors, gaining exposure to asset management, agency, transactions and property strategy, alongside complex restructuring and distressed-property assignments.
The role will involve:
- Supporting property instructions, agency work and transactions.
- Reviewing property information and contributing to asset strategies.
- Working with lenders, insolvency practitioners, solicitors, tenants and agents.
- Preparing clear, commercially focused client reports.
- Building client relationships and taking on increasing responsibility.
- MRICS qualification with 0–3 years PQE.
- A background in General Practice, asset management, agency or similar commercial property work.
- Strong property fundamentals, commercial judgement and analytical skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and confidence dealing with clients and professional advisers.
Previous restructuring and recovery experience is welcome but not essential. Strong all-round property experience and a willingness to learn are key.
