A leading global investment firm with a portfolio is seeking a talented Asset Management Associate to join its London-based team. The firm invests across a range of sectors including residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Role

You will work closely with a high-performing team to help drive value across a diverse portfolio. This is a commercially focused role, combining strategic financial analysis with hands-on asset management. You will contribute to investment performance by producing robust financial models, supporting key capital decisions, and enhancing operational efficiencies across the firm’s holdings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed financial models to analyse real estate investment strategies, including development, refurbishment, leasing, operations, and disposals.
  • Track and forecast investment performance and generate key performance indicators.
  • Provide accurate analysis for major asset events including capital expenditure, leasing, refinancing, and exits.
  • Support budgeting and resource planning to ensure efficient use of capital while maintaining high standards.
  • Assist in the delivery of development completions, leasing activities, and asset repositioning strategies.
  • Coordinate with lenders on financing and loan compliance matters.
  • Participate in transactional work including disposals and refinancings.
  • Deliver timely and clear reporting on both financial and operational performance.

  • Strong financial modelling and property underwriting skills.
