Madison is the leading distributor of branded cycle components and accessories, angling and power-sports equipment in the UK. Our business continues to grow and we pride ourselves on our reputation within the industry of providing excellent customer service. We are now recruiting a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team based at Knowlhill, Milton Keynes to help us maintain our high standards and to be part of our continuing success story.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound sales calls and emails.
- Call customers with sales offers and new product information.
- Offer technical advice on all products.
- Liaise with Brand and Sales teams to ensure customers are fully supported.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of road and MTB bikes.
- Good technical knowledge of Shimano products preferred.
- Team player with proven track record of achieving goals and managing workload.
- Experience in cycle industry a plus.
