MadiganGill are looking for a Freelance Construction Project Manager with a Residential or Accommodation background in Bristol.
Rate: Up to £400 a day
You must have a background in Construction Project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all project components align with the overall objectives.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and provide regular financial updates. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts and handle issues that arise during the project life-cycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on project progress, milestones, and any changes. Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.
