We are seeking an experienced Working Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a residential construction project in West London. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to specification. * Lead and work alongside trades on-site, maintaining high standards of workmanship. * Manage subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics. * Enforce health & safety compliance at all times. * Report progress to the project manager and resolve on-site issues as they arise. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on residential projects. * Hands-on construction/trades background. * Valid CSCS card (SSSTS or SMSTS desirable). * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
