We are seeking an experienced Nights Site Manager to manage and coordinate night works on a complex, security-sensitive project. The role requires strong technical capability, excellent stakeholder coordination, and the ability to operate within highly regulated environments.
Scope of Works (SOW):
- Management and coordination of multiple surveys including:
- Asbestos
- Structural
- M&E
- Dilapidations
- Ferroscan
- Measured surveys
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on night works in live or constrained environments
- Strong M&E experience (highly advantageous)
- Experience managing scaffold installations and complex temporary works
- Ability to coordinate multiple specialist trades simultaneously
Clearance & Compliance (Critical):
- BPSS Report – Essential
- Previous or current Parliamentary (PSV) clearance – Strong advantage
- DBS – Desirable
- Experience working within Parliamentary or similarly high-security environments preferred
Personal Attributes:
- Calm, decisive, and highly organised
- Strong communication skills with consultants, subcontractors, and security teams
- Able to work flexibly to support night and weekend operations
