Experienced Senior Site Manager required to oversee RC frame and façade works on a large-scale new build student accommodation scheme in Wembley. Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage structural and external envelope packages, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RC frame construction including cores, slabs, concrete pours, logistics, and temporary works.
  • Oversee façade installation including cladding, curtain walling, glazing, brick slip systems, and waterproofing.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site logistics.
  • Drive programme performance and resolve technical/interface issues.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, QA, and compliance.
  • Monitor progress, reporting, inspections, snagging, and handovers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering RC frame and façade packages on large residential, PBSA, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong understanding of structural sequencing, façade systems, and site coordination.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
