We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a project based at Merrick Place. The role requires someone with a strong internals and finishing background, capable of managing the final stages of the project through to successful handover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining high-quality finishing standards and ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee internal works and finishing packages on site
- Manage subcontractors to ensure works are completed to programme
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the finishing stages
- Coordinate snagging and de-snagging processes
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the site
- Manage works through to final handover
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with strong internals experience
- Background in finishing and handover stages of projects
- Experience managing subcontractors across multiple internal packages
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid (preferred)
