We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on an active recladding project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. A key requirement is strong experience managing scaffold operations, including coordination of scaffold contractors, inspections, alterations, and compliance with safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing recladding, fa ade, or remediation projects.
- Strong scaffold management experience.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid certification.
- Good understanding of health and safety, RAMS, and permit systems.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme during a live project.
Key Duties:
