Site Manager Cover

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a large residential development in Peterborough. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards during the holiday cover period. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met * Monitor health and safety standards, conducting site inspections * Manage subcontractors and coordinate resources * Report progress to senior management and address any issues promptly * Maintain project documentation and records * Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction * Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly * CSCS card and relevant qualifications
