We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee construction activities on fast-paced industrial, warehouse, film studio, or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality builds safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination * Ensure health & safety compliance at all times * Maintain program schedules and monitor progress * Report to senior management with site updates * Oversee quality control and snagging * Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers Requirements: * 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role * Strong background in industrial, warehouse, film studio, or commercial construction * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
