Senior Site Manager required for a main contractor joining a large industrial project at fit-out stage. Responsible for full site coordination, subcontractor management, programme delivery, safety, quality, commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations through fit-out to completion.
- Coordinate multiple subcontract packages including M&E and finishing trades.
- Drive programme, short-term planning and progress reporting.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and housekeeping.
- Manage logistics, sequencing and interface between trades.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and daily briefings.
- Control snagging, commissioning and handover processes.
- Support commercial team with progress records and variations.
- Act as key site interface with client, consultants and inspectors.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large industrial / warehouse / logistics projects.
- Strong fit-out and M&E coordination experience.
- Main contractor background managing multiple subcontract packages.
- Excellent programme control, leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of H&S and quality systems.
- Ability to take ownership of a project mid-phase and drive completion.
