Senior Site Manager

A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee a 46-unit housing association residential scheme in Enfield. This is a Freelance position but a temp to perm arrangement is negotiable for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee site operations and ensure timely project delivery. * Manage fitout and finishing phases to high-quality standards. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. * Ensure H&S compliance and adherence to regulations. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Monitor progress, reporting to senior management. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential projects. * Strong fitout/finishing experience within housing schemes. * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications. * Excellent leadership and communication skills
