Role Overview\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a £3m refurbishment project at a 6th Form College in Haringey (Tottenham). The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\\n\\nThis position would suit a Project Manager with a strong background in education or live school environments, capable of managing refurbishment works while maintaining safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, and minimal disruption to the college’s operations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overall management and delivery of the refurbishment project\\n\\n * \\n\\n Programme planning, monitoring, and reporting\\n\\n * \\n\\n Management of subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants\\n\\n * \\n\\n Client liaison, attending progress meetings and providing updates\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overseeing health & safety compliance, RAMS, and site standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing budgets, variations, and cost control\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinating works in a live education environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring safeguarding procedures and school protocols are followed\\n\\n * \\n\\n Quality control, inspections, snagging, and handover\\n\\nRequired Experience & Skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Project Manager on refurbishment projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous schools / education sector experience is highly desirable\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience delivering projects circa £2m–£5m\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of health & safety and CDM regulations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage live environments with multiple stakeholders\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident reporting to senior management and clients\\n\\nQualifications (Preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Construction-related qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS Card (Black or White preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n First Aid at Work\\n\\nAdditional Information\\n\\n * \\n\\n Role is site-based in Tottenham\\n\\n * \\n\\n Interviews to be held at the company’s office in Essex\\n\\n * \\n\\n Immediate or short-notice starters preferred
