We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Director to join a major, technically complex construction programme in the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area. The role will take responsibility for overseeing and driving the delivery of a significant MEP package valued at circa £25m, with a strong focus on programme, coordination and successful completion.
The Role
- Providing senior leadership across the MEP works, working closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and key stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure delivery against programme.
- Leading and driving MEP delivery through to completion.
- Managing programme, progress and key project milestones.
- Coordinating MEP contractors and relevant project stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving delivery risks and programme issues.
- Providing strong leadership and maintaining accountability across the project.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
The Candidate
We are looking for a delivery-focused senior MEP professional with experience managing large and complex building-services packages. You should have strong programme awareness, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive projects through challenging delivery phases. Experience working as a Senior MEP Project Manager, MEP Contracts Manager, Building Services Manager or Project Director on major construction projects would be particularly relevant.
