We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee cladding works on a project in Norwich. This is a long-term contract role, requiring a hands-on individual with strong technical knowledge of façade systems and the ability to drive works safely and efficiently on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for cladding and façade works
- Oversee installation of EWI systems, cavity wall barriers, and spandrel panels
- Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against programme
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Ensure works meet technical specifications and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within cladding/façade projects
