Madigan Gill is seeking a Freelance Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a major mixed-use development in Greenwich. This role requires providing commercial management and cost control support on a 16-storey residential tower, alongside various commercial spaces.
The successful candidate will manage designated fit-out packages and ensure quality standards, reporting on package costs and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
