Building Service Manager in London

Overview\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join a commercial project team in Marylebone. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to go temp-to-perm for the right individual.\\n\\nThe role will cover a mix of pre-construction and live commercial projects, taking over from a freelance Building Services Manager currently on site.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage and coordinate M&E services across pre-construction and live projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work closely with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Review and coordinate M&E designs, specifications, and programmes\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of building services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with current building regulations and health & safety standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attend design team and site progress meetings\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support procurement and cost control alongside commercial teams\\n\\nProject Experience Required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on commercial construction projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience working on both pre-construction and live sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors\\n\\nCandidate Requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience in a Building Services Manager role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong technical knowledge of building services (M&E)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent coordination and communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant qualifications in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred\\n\\nPackage\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term freelance with potential to go permanent\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive day rate / salary (dependent on experience)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Immediate start available
