A highly experienced Site Manager is required for a super prime residential refurbishment of a Grade II listed property in Marylebone. The role will involve overseeing internal and external works on a complex high-end project, ensuring exceptional quality, strict heritage compliance, and a smooth delivery programme.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day site operations on a Grade II listed refurbishment
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered to super prime standards
- Maintain programme, quality control, and detailed reporting
- Ensure all works comply with conservation, heritage and listed-building requirements
- Oversee snagging, de-snagging and quality audits
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure H&S compliance
- Liaise with the client team, architects, conservation officers, and project managers
- Review drawings, identify clashes, and manage technical solutions
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials control
- Drive the project towards key milestones and successful handover
- Maintain an organised, high-standard site environment reflecting the level of the project
Requirements
- Proven experience managing super prime residential projects in London
- Background in heritage, listed building or high-spec refurbishments
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and bespoke detail packages

- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager/Black/Gold), First Aid
