We are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor with strong fit-out project experience to oversee and actively participate in electrical works on a long-term project based at 25 Baker Street, London. The successful candidate will combine hands-on electrical duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site
- Carry out hands-on electrical installation and fit-out works
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Liaise with site management, contractors, and other trades
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings
- Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve site issues
- Ensure materials, tools, and labour are effectively managed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Working Electrical Supervisor
- Strong background in commercial fit-out projects
- Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Valid Gold or Black CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and site procedures
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on
