MadiganGill are recruiting a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for an immediate start on a large scale new build housing project in Leicester. You will act on behalf of the Principal Contractor to oversee site operations and drive safety and quality on site.
Essential are proven housebuilding experience and valid site qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work). Strong communication and leadership will be required to coordinate labour and ensure procedures are followed.
