We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a live school project in Hastings.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality.
- Manage site inductions, toolbox talks, RAMS and H&S compliance.
- Coordinate trades, deliveries and site logistics.
- Liaise with the project team and school representatives.
- Maintain safe segregation between construction works, pupils and staff.
- Monitor progress, quality and snagging.
- Maintain site records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS – essential.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS card.
- First Aid at Work.
- Previous Site Manager experience.
- Strong H&S and subcontractor management experience.
- Previous school or occupied-building experience preferred
