Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee daily site operations on a residential project in Kilburn. The successful candidate will manage groundworks teams, ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise groundworks activities including excavation, drainage, foundations, and associated works.
- Coordinate operatives and subcontractors to maintain progress.
- Ensure health & safety compliance and site standards.
- Liaise with Site/Project Manager and report on progress.
- Maintain quality control and resolve site issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising groundworks on residential projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Valid SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
