We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and site administration activities at a project based on Blackwall Lane, Greenwich. This is a short-term role ideal for someone efficient, reliable, and confident working in a busy construction or project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the site and project teams.
- Manage document filing, scanning, and updating records.
- Assist with processing timesheets, expenses, and basic reporting.
- Maintain site diaries, registers and ensure paperwork is up to date.
- Welcome visitors, manage sign-in procedures and handle incoming calls/emails.
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
- Support with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
