We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations for a two-week period on a residential/commercial project in Notting Hill. The primary focus will be the safe and efficient management of scaffold erection and associated site activities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations during scaffold erection.

Ensure all works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site rules and H&S regulations.

Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks as required.

*

Monitor permits, RAMS, and scaffold inspection records.

*

Liaise with project managers, neighbours, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery.

*

Keep the site secure, organised, and compliant with company and statutory standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.

*

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSSTS.

*

First Aid at Work certificate (preferred).

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety and scaffold management.

*

Good communication and organisational skills
