We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Site Administrator to support daily operations on a construction site. This on-site only role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with construction documentation, and the ability to manage multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update site documentation using SharePoint, MS Teams, and 4P/Viewpoint. * Manage site attendance records, labour timesheets, and material delivery logs. * Support site access control systems (e.g., Biosite, MSite) and generate reports. * Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. * Coordinate meeting logistics, take minutes, and manage report deadlines. * Support waste management tracking and compliance documentation. * Handle general office tasks: requisitions, supplies, key management, and maintenance bookings. Requirements: * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook. * Familiar with Teams, SharePoint, PDF editors, and site access control software. * Prior on-site admin experience with understanding of RAMS, CSCS, inductions, etc. * Fluent in English with excellent written and editing skills. Desirable: * Knowledge of Viewpoint, Conject, Business Collaborator. * Experience with material ordering and waste documentation. * Familiarity with construction plans (CPP, F10, Environmental Plans). * Basic understanding of health & safety principles
