We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee two live housing projects across South East London on a freelance basis. Key Duties: * Manage delivery of 2 concurrent projects (Housing Association focus). * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, budgets, and programmes. * Ensure compliance with client, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Act as main client/stakeholder contact, reporting on progress. * Resolve contractual/commercial issues promptly. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (housing/social housing preferred). * Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial skills. * CSCS/SMSTS desirable
