Weβre looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee two live housing projects across South East London on a freelance basis. Key Duties: * Manage delivery of 2 concurrent projects (Housing Association focus). * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, budgets, and programmes. * Ensure compliance with client, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Act as main client/stakeholder contact, reporting on progress. * Resolve contractual/commercial issues promptly.
