We are seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to oversee the final phase of a Grade II listed building conversion into high-spec office space. The role involves managing all internal finishing works while ensuring compliance with heritage and conservation requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all finishing trades (joinery, plastering, M&E final fix, decoration, etc.) * Ensure high-quality finishes in line with listed building standards * Work closely with site team, subcontractors, and heritage consultants * Oversee snagging, quality control, and final handover * Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery Requirements: * Proven experience in finishing management on heritage or listed buildings * Strong eye for detail and quality * Excellent coordination and communication skills * Knowledge of conservation best practices and compliance
